CTRL Micro Host includes a 7-day full trial, so you can verify pairing, local clients, and any currently available Remote Anywhere capability before purchasing. Mac controls remain available with Free access after the trial.
30-day guarantee
If a Local, Anywhere, or Anywhere Max purchase is not right for you, request a refund within 30 calendar days by emailing [email protected] from the checkout email address. Identify the purchase you want refunded and include the purchase date and, if available, the Stripe receipt number. We may ask you to deactivate your Macs.
After 30 days
Purchases are generally final after 30 days, except where applicable law gives you additional rights or where we approve a refund for a confirmed technical problem we cannot resolve.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Refunding one purchase revokes only that purchase; another independently purchased access remains active.
