Setup

Open Cursor in CTRL Micro Host.
Grant Accessibility when the client page reports that it is required.
Open Cursor's Agent view so task navigation and visible input controls are available.

How it works

The Host reads Cursor's conversation index without modifying it. Cursor's own task records provide exact IDs, titles, ordering, unread state, and its coarse attention signal. Renderer lifecycle logs provide working and completion timing.

Sidebar task keys use Cursor's numbered shortcuts. Recent task keys open the exact chat through Cursor's registered link and verify the selected chat. Dictation, Send, and approval controls send input only to the selected visible task.

Controls and settings

Six task keys open agent chats and show their current state. A second tap can preview the latest response when that setting is enabled. The board also exposes New Chat, Approve, Decline, Send, dictation, navigation, and client switching.

Known limitations and troubleshooting

Cursor exposes whether the selected task has a blocking action, but not the exact blocker type. Approve and Decline are available only while that attention signal is active.

CTRL Micro can verify that the intended shortcut was sent, but Cursor does not expose a semantic approval result through this integration. A different installed Cursor version is informational and does not disable controls.
